The efficiency of a company's supply chain is the result of sound sourcing decisions and the ability of the company to fully utilize the facilities, assets and vendor relationships at it's disposal.

I usually assess the entire network or I can focus on optimizing specific areas of concern.

Typically, the assessment also considers the known family of risks contained in any supply chain.

I can design and execute a complete strategic and tactical plan for the Supply Chain that will provide measurable improvements within the desired amount of time.
