Provides user experience leadership and specific User Interface design guidance.
Creates and executes a UX project plan.
Assures programmers possess a firm understanding of user-centered design process, and modern interaction design principles.
Develops design mockups, usage scenarios, prototypes, specifications, navigation maps and other design documents as necessary.
Reviews and mentors outside vendor and UX team’s work and work together to help realize the benefits of Company UI design philosophies.
